In particular, individual sessions with structured content are offered for pupils, students and adults, where weighted tests and questionnaires are provided with the aim of investigating the abilities of the person concerned. At the same time, an in-depth study of the client's concerns and needs is carried out and his professional and educational goals are set.
Open meetings are also planned for the students of the tutoring school with the aim of informing them about educational matters and about trends in the labor market. Our main concern is the proper guidance of students regarding their professional choices, so that they can build their future based on their personality and interests.
Individual counseling takes place in programs of 3-4 sessions, which include an initial diagnostic assessment, series of exercises and tests of interests, discussion and analysis with the person concerned, and practice of decision-making methods. The group meetings are planned by the administration and those interested declare participation, after the corresponding announcement, in communication with the secretariat.
